Mattress & Foundations:
Can I return a Mattress or Foundation – Unfortunately, all mattresses are made or order and not returnable. However, many of our mattresses are customizable such as the Organicpedics Duo, Savvy Rest Serenity and Green Sleep Nui and Ergo 8.
Please spend time at our store testing out our mattresses to see if it is a good fit for you.
We are happy to refund or exchange any authorized return, that has not been used or washed and is still in the same new condition as when sent.
Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order to tell us the item[s] you would like to return and the reason.
Defective Item Returns
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us for a return authorization number and return postage within 14 days of receipt. We will replace the damaged item or refund your full purchase price including the portion of the actual shipping cost that pertains to that item, upon receipt of the damaged item.
We recommend sending returns by FedEx, UPS or registered mail with signature confirmation, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit. For mattress returns please call our store for damaged return information.
Custom or Sale Items
There are no returns or exchanges – All sales are final.
Once the return merchandise has been reviewed, a refund will be issued, excluding all shipping costs, Please allow 1 week process time.
With smaller items, the Natural Mattress VT is committed to reducing waste wherever possible. You will most likely receive your order in a pre-used box. If not, it will be in a box made of recycled materials. All packing materials are either pre-used or recycled and we encourage you to save these materials for your own future use.
Our site is GEO Trust secured and every transaction is encrypted during transmission. Your off-line information is also protected and accessible only to authorized personnel.
We value your purchase and protecting your personal information is extremely important to us. At no time is your private information shared or sold to any other company for any reason.
If an item you order is out of stock, you will be notified immediately of its status and when we expect the item back in stock. You have the option of holding, changing or canceling your order.
