The Pinnacle is OrganicPedic Earth’s most indulgent mattress, a 13-inch extra-plush design built entirely from 100% natural, GOLS-certified organic rubber latex from top to bottom. The foundation of the mattress follows the same trusted layer construction found in the Palera: a 4-inch medium latex core for support, topped with 3 inches of firm sculpted-surface latex and anchored by 2 inches of firm latex on the base. Over that sits the Pinnacle’s defining feature, a 3½-inch double-sided latex pillow top attached to the mattress using OrganicPedic’s exclusive button-down process. One side of the pillow top features the brand’s sculpted surface for added contouring while the other is flat, giving sleepers the option to adjust the feel to suit their preference. Both sides of the pillow top are fully covered in OrganicPedic’s signature certified organic cotton-and-wool quilting, as is the mattress itself, with no synthetic materials anywhere in the construction.
